The Vescine Thermal Complex is also affiliated with the National Health System and our treatments are accessible to all by presenting a prescription from your general practitioner at the Thermal reception desk. Our staff is at your disposal also by phone for any clarification needed.
The general practitioner's prescription must indicate the diagnosis corresponding to one of the pathologies that benefit from thermal cures (identified by Ministerial Decree 15/12/1994), and the corresponding cycle of cures to be performed.
At the beginning of each thermal cure, it is mandatory to undergo an examination by our in-house doctor in order to personalise and establish the treatment modalities.
The Vescine Thermal Complex has a highly professional outpatient clinic through which it is also possible to have medical consultations such as: Otolaryngology-Laryngology, Orthopaedics, Cardiology, Dermatology, Gynaecology.
DEONTOLOGY, this word with Greek origin that is the doctrine governing professional duties, has always been in our DNA and therefore we feel we can assure all our guests of the medical and paramedical professionalism of our staff; but also offer our patients: courtesy and confidentiality.
Joint rheumatism, sub-acute, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic arthropathies, neuritis, spondioarthrosis, bone dystrophies, fracture outcomes, chronic myositis and myalgia.

Our Thermal Complex is affiliated with the National Health Service. This entitles our customers to a thermal mud-bath or inhalation therapy cycle once a year, using the ASL commitment and paying only the ticket. The prescription entitles you to a cycle of a maximum of 12 thermal mud baths and 12 therapeutic baths, or 12 inhalations and 12 aerosols or 12 vaginal irrigations. The prescription is valid for the calendar year.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE THERMAL FACILITIES
During the year 2023, the Vescine Spa Complex received no. 0 complaints from customers.
The company Terme Vescine srl was authorised, by Decree of the Lazio Region No 1230/99 of 10/09/1999, to use and operate the thermo-mineral water spa for treatments consisting of baths, mud baths, inhalations, aerosols, tubular insufflations, irrigations, whirlpool baths, eudermic treatments and joint rehabilitation.
By Decree of the Commissioner ad acta No. U00334 of 20/10/2014, having as its object:
“Provision of confirmation of the operating authorisation and institutional accreditation, pursuant to DCA 90/2010 and ss.mm.ii. in favour of the thermal establishment named “Terme Vescine” managed by the Company “Terme Vescine srl” (P.I. 01897310593), with registered office and place of business in Castelforte (LT), Via delle Terme, 417″, whose Legal Representative is Mr Migliorato Paolo, born in Formia (LT) on 15/10/1968, and Medical Director is Dr Pacilio Giancarlo, born in Avellino (AV) on 08/08/1952 and registered with the Order of Physicians of the Province of Latina under no. 2609
The compliance of the Terme Vescine facility with the structural, technological and organisational requirements for the authorised exercise of the following healthcare activities has been certified:
